The fund is an actively-managed ETF that invests primarily in equity securities of large capitalization companies, with a focus on value stocks. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in the common stocks of large capitalization companies. These companies have market capitalizations in the range of companies in the Russell 1000 Value Index at the time of purchase.
