About the company
The portfolio manager distributes the fund's capital across a combination of equity, fixed income, and cash or cash equivalents. This can be achieved either by acquiring stakes in other investment vehicles—such as closed-end funds (including business development companies or BDCs), exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and similar collective investment schemes (collectively known as "underlying funds")—or by making direct investments in individual securities.
