Under normal market conditions, the fund endeavors to meet its investment goals by allocating a minimum of 80% of its capital to the common stocks of companies found in the Nasdaq Victory US Large Cap 500 Long/Cash Volatility Weighted Index. This benchmark is an unmanaged, volatility-weighted index whose maintenance is exclusively handled by Nasdaq Inc.
