The Invesco Zacks Mid-Cap ETF (Fund) is based on the Zacks Mid-Cap Core Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Index. The Index selects securities from a universe of mid-capitalization securities, including master limited partnerships (MLPs) and American depositary receipts (ADRs)and business development companies (BDCs).
