This ETF is designed to replicate the returns of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY) over a defined investment period. It offers exposure to these returns up to a predetermined upside ceiling, while simultaneously providing a protective cushion against the first 20% of any losses incurred by the underlying SPY.
