The Invesco Russell 1000 Equal Weight ETF (Fund) is based on the Russell 1000 Equal Weight Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the Index. The Index is composed of securities in the Russell 1000 Index and is equally weighted across 11 sector groups with each security within the sector receiving equal weight.
