Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in equity and equity-related securities of companies in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, including common stock, options, preferred stock and convertible debt. It may invest without limitation in securities of companies domiciled outside the United States either directly or through American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs").
