EVSM is actively managed to invest in tax-exempt municipal securities. The fund will normally invest in municipal obligations rated investment grade, and will aim to maintain a dollar-weighted average portfolio duration of less than three years, but may invest in individual securities of any maturity. In selecting securities, the adviser primarily looks at the issuers creditworthiness and the relative value of the obligation in the market.
