This investment product aims to achieve daily financial outcomes, before any associated fees and costs, that move in the opposite direction and at three times the magnitude (-3x) of the daily performance of the S&P Financial Select Sector Index. To accomplish this, the fund utilizes various financial instruments, which ProShare Advisors believes, when combined, should consistently deliver returns aligned with this objective.
