The investment seeks to maximize total return, consistent with reasonable risk, by seeking to optimize capital appreciation and high current income under varying market conditions. It may invest up to 100% of its assets in securities that are rated below investment grade; however, the fund will not invest more than 10% of its assets in non-convertible debt securities rated below B.
