About the company

The fund's primary objective is to deliver substantial current income, while also aiming to maximize its overall total return. Typically, at least 80% of its total assets (which include assets acquired through borrowing) are committed to investments in various types of debt instruments whose interest rates adjust over time. These include senior-secured, syndicated bank loans; revolving credit facilities; unsecured loans; asset-backed securities (ABS); and a broader range of other variable-rate bonds, loans, notes, and similar debt obligations.
