The BlackRock High Yield Muni Income Bond ETF (HYMU) fundamentally aims to achieve its investment objectives by dedicating a minimum of 80% of its total assets to municipal bonds under ordinary market circumstances. These municipal bonds represent debt instruments issued by or on behalf of governmental entities or other qualified issuers. A principal characteristic of these securities is that, in the judgment of the issuer's bond counsel, the interest they generate is typically excluded from federal gross income for tax purposes.
