The Invesco International BuyBack Achievers ETF (Fund) is based on the Nasdaq International BuyBack Achievers Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index is designed to track the performance of common stocks of foreign companies that meet the requirements to be classified as BuyBack Achievers.
