This exchange-traded fund (ETF) endeavors to mirror the investment performance, before accounting for fees and expenses, of the Nasdaq US Insider Sentiment Index. A minimum of 90% of the fund's total assets will be allocated to the securities composing the benchmark index, or to depositary receipts representing those common stocks. The companies chosen for inclusion in the underlying index are sourced from the Nasdaq US Large Mid Cap Index, which tracks the returns of medium-to-large capitalization U.
