The Innovator Growth-100 Power Buffer ETF (NOCT) is designed to mirror the market performance of the Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ). It achieves this with a maximum upside potential, defined by a predetermined cap, but simultaneously provides a protective cushion against the initial 15% of any downward market movement over its specific outcome period. These parameters – both the cap and the buffer – are calculated prior to the deduction of any fees and operational expenses.
