About the company
This actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) endeavors to achieve its investment objectives predominantly by holding shares of companies listed in the Nasdaq-100® Index. It further implements an options collar strategy on the Nasdaq-100, involving the simultaneous sale of call options and purchase of put options. Under typical market conditions, at least 80% of the fund's net assets, augmented by any capital borrowed for investment purposes, will be allocated to securities or derivative instruments tied to firms within its reference index.
