About the company
The fund allocates a minimum of 80% of its net assets, inclusive of any investment-related borrowings, to equity securities. This allocation is predominantly achieved by purchasing Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) that hold components of the NASDAQ-100 Index. A separate allocation, comprising up to 20% of its net assets, will be dedicated to a specialized convexity option overlay.
