The Invesco ESG S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF (the Fund) is designed to mirror the performance of the S&P 500 Equal Weight Scored & Screened Leaders Select Index (the Index), committing at least 90% of its total assets to the index's constituents. This Index provides an equally weighted representation of S&P 500 companies that meet specific environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards, while concurrently maintaining industry sector weightings comparable to the broader S&P 500 Equal Weight Index. A key component of the selection process is an "ESG score," designed to identify corporations proficient in recognizing and responding to emerging sustainability challenges and opportunities worldwide.
