This actively managed exchange-traded fund aims to achieve its investment objectives by typically allocating a minimum of 80% of its total net assets (including any borrowed funds used for investment) to securities of companies found in either the Russell 1000 Index or the S&P 500 Index. While primarily investing in common stocks, the fund also has the flexibility to include preferred shares, warrants for acquiring common stock, and other securities convertible into common stock.
