The Simplify Short Term Treasury Futures Strategy ETF (TUA) endeavors to generate a total return, prior to expenses and fees, that at least equals, or ideally exceeds, the performance of the ICE US Treasury 7-10 Year Bond Index. This performance target is strictly evaluated and pursued on a quarterly calendar cycle, and not across alternative time horizons. The fund's approach involves strategically deploying investments in Treasury futures, concentrating on the shorter end of the yield curve, to mirror the duration characteristics of the 7-10 Year US Treasury Index.
