The Invesco Total Return Bond ETF (Fund) is an actively managed intermediate-term bond exchange-traded fund (ETF) for investors seeking monthly income and total return opportunities. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in fixed income instruments of varying maturities and of any credit qualities. Effective after close of business February 20, 2025, the Adviser has agreed to waive a portion of its unitary management fee for the Fund through August 31, 2025.
