PDD’s problem is no longer growth, it’s what that growth now costs
PDD still has growth, but the latest quarter showed that growth is getting more expensive and less profitable. With EPS falling, costs rising faster than revenue, and Temu facing a fresh €200 million EU fine, the market looks right to treat this as lower-quality growth.
