Made in Delaware, USA

“Fall 2026 Private Investment Summit” is the headline on Chris Graebe's Quantum Cybersecurity Alpha Round promotion for Weiss Ratings' paid Deal Hunters Alliance publication.

The pitch promises a post-quantum security platform that can detect attackers in real time, protect existing hardware, monitor more than 1 million devices, stop 603 million threats, execute 106 million quantum-resistant transactions and generate millions in revenue. It also points readers toward a planned NYSE or Nasdaq listing and sets Thursday, September 17 as the deadline.

The stock is identified below with high confidence, rated 88 out of 100: Naoris Quantum Protocol Inc., an N/A pre-IPO company.

What the promotion gave away

The fingerprints are unusually specific: a distributed post-quantum mesh, device-to-device validation, more than 1 million connected nodes, hundreds of millions of claimed threat mitigations, and more than 100 million claimed quantum-resistant transactions.

The promotion also gives away the corporate path. Naoris describes a post-quantum platform that works across legacy systems, and its Form 1-A says the company has applied to list on NYSE American after raising up to $24 million at $4 per share.

The stock behind Quantum Cybersecurity Alpha Round

The company is Naoris Quantum Protocol Inc. It is still pre-IPO, with no public ticker. The strongest clue is the exact combination of its distributed security mesh, device-to-device integrity checks and post-quantum migration technology. Those details line up with Naoris's Form 1-A and its own product materials, not just with generic cybersecurity language.

The scale claims point to the same place, but the filing changes their meaning. Naoris's Form 1-A reports more than 1 million connected endpoint nodes and more than 600 million integrity-enforcement events in an incentivized testing environment. It also describes more than 100 million post-quantum cryptographic validations. Those are not the same as commercial deployments, audited threat stoppages or paying-customer transactions.

The listing clue fits too, with an important qualification. Naoris says it applied to list on NYSE American and will not complete the offering unless the listing is approved. The patent count is less tidy: the company's homepage currently says “15+ Patents,” not the 27 claimed in the promotion. The identity is still clear; the sales copy is where the wobble starts.

Every claim, checked

The claim-by-claim checks below separate Naoris's supported technical descriptions from the promotional additions. The company's Form 1-A, homepage and product pages are the key sources, with T-Mobile's official releases and Crypto.news providing useful cross-checks for the accelerator and activity claims.

Its technology can detect quantum attackers in real time.Checks outNaoris’s Form 1-A describes devices validating one another in real time and the platform providing near-real-time detection of abnormal behavior within its post-quantum security mesh.
The platform enables post-quantum migration without replacing existing hardware and security systems.Checks outNaoris’s Form 1-A says the platform supports post-quantum cryptography migration, works across legacy and modern systems, and “strengthens existing systems rather than replacing them.”
Connected devices form a distributed quantum-proof architecture that monitors device integrity.Checks outNaoris’s Form 1-A describes a distributed mesh in which devices validate one another’s integrity through cryptographic attestation, while Naoris’s product page calls this a security mesh.
Suspicious activity automatically quarantines devices and seals access to company files. Can't verifyNaoris describes continuous validation, anomaly detection, policy enforcement, and protected file sharing, but its public product pages and Form 1-A do not establish automatic device quarantine or real-time file-access sealing.

The platform detected and stopped more than 603 million threats.OverstatedCrypto.news repeated Naoris’s self-reported claim of more than 603 million mitigated threats, but Naoris’s Form 1-A characterizes the related figure as more than 600 million integrity-enforcement events from an incentivized test environment, not audited commercial threat stoppages.

The company was selected by 16 top technology incubator or accelerator programs, including T-Mobile, Deutsche Telekom and the South Korean government. Can't verifyT-Mobile’s official releases verify that Naoris was one of 20 finalists in the T-Mobile/Deutsche Telekom T Challenge and later won Most Engaging Presentation, but the exact total of 16 programs and the South Korean government connection were not established by an authoritative source.
The Form 1-A indicates a planned NYSE or Nasdaq listing after the funding target is reached.Checks outNaoris’s Form 1-A says it applied to list the shares on NYSE American and will not complete the offering unless the listing is approved; the offering seeks up to $24 million at $4 per share.

Claims the record contradicts

  • “The company has 27 patents.” — Naoris Quantum Protocol’s homepage currently states “15+ Patents,” not 27.
  • “The company has millions of dollars in revenue from paying customers.” — Naoris’s Form 1-A states that it recognized no revenue for the period ended March 31, 2026 because it had not yet commenced commercial sales of its platform.

Where the pitch outran the record

  • “The platform is currently used on more than 1 million devices.” — Naoris’s Form 1-A reports more than 1 million connected endpoint nodes in an incentivized testing environment and expressly says the figures do not represent commercial deployments, paying customers, or production performance.
  • “The platform detected and stopped more than 603 million threats.” — Crypto.news repeated Naoris’s self-reported claim of more than 603 million mitigated threats, but Naoris’s Form 1-A characterizes the related figure as more than 600 million integrity-enforcement events from an incentivized test environment, not audited commercial threat stoppages.

About that deadline

What is Thursday, September 17 actually attached to? The promotion gives that date, but identifies no earnings release, regulatory decision or listing event that would make it a checkable corporate deadline.

We received the campaign on only one day, September 9. That record is too thin to tell whether the deadline rolls, so this is not evidence of a recurring countdown.

Is it actually worth owning?

The pitch's central claim is that quantum-era cyber risk creates an urgent market, and Naoris already has the distributed network, scale and commercial traction to lead it.

The first part holds up better than the second. Naoris's Form 1-A supports a distributed mesh, real-time device validation, near-real-time abnormal-behavior detection and migration across legacy and modern systems without replacing existing infrastructure. The weakest link is commercial traction. More than 1 million test nodes are not paying deployments, more than 600 million integrity events are not audited threat stoppages, and more than 100 million validations are not necessarily commercial transactions.

The biggest contradiction is revenue. Naoris's Form 1-A says it recognized no revenue for the period ended March 31, 2026 because it had not yet begun commercial sales of the platform. That is not what “millions of dollars in revenue from paying customers” says.

Naoris may still be an interesting early-stage post-quantum security company, but the investment case depends on turning testing activity into paying deployments. The technology story has real support; the established-business story does not. A conditional pre-IPO listing and a zero-revenue filing leave a long stretch of road between the two.

How confident are we? 88 out of 100. We identified Naoris Quantum Protocol Inc. (N/A (PRE-IPO)) from the promotion's own clues and checked 11 of its claims against filings, earnings calls, ownership records, market data and public reporting. This is our analysis, not the publisher's disclosure — we have no relationship with them.
