Jon Najarian and Banyan Hill Publishing are promoting "Infinite Power" in the Market Rebel Report. We trace the clues to the company behind the pitch.

One promotion, several names — all of them point to the same pitch, and the same stock.
Banyan Hill Publishing leads with “Infinite Power” and offers “Elon's Infinite Power Grid: The Tiny Company Powering the AI Energy Revolution.” Jon Najarian is the analyst out front.
The pitch says a tiny public company is riding the AI power boom by leasing Power Pods, collecting recurring monthly payments and locking up more than two gigawatts of contracted generation. One slice, roughly 900 megawatts, is tied to an AI data center associated with Elon Musk's xAI; another contract is scheduled to begin on January 1, 2027. The paid product is Market Rebel Report.
We identify the stock below. Confidence is high, 91/100, because those unusually specific power and xAI clues converge on one company even though parts of the promotion's financial copy don't survive the filings.
The giveaway is the business model. The company supposedly rents, rather than sells, Power Pods for ten to 15 years and collects fixed and variable monthly payments through a Power-as-a-Service setup. The capacity clues sharpen the picture: more than two gigawatts under signed contracts, about 900 megawatts connected to an xAI-related data center, a contract beginning January 1, 2027, and another deployment scaling through 2028.
The same pitch also travels under the names “Elon's Infinite Power Grid” and “Infinite Power Grid.” Those are alternate labels for the same idea, not separate discoveries.
The stock is Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc., ticker SEI.
The strongest fingerprint is the contract evidence. Solaris's April 27, 2026 earnings release says it signed two long-term contracts with investment-grade global technology customers totaling more than two gigawatts of contracted generation capacity. Its SEC disclosures describe the Stateline joint venture as serving an AI data center with approximately 900 megawatts; the June 2026 10-Q names MZX Tech, while Southaven litigation identifies MZX Tech and X.AI Corp. as associated entities.
The timeline fits too. Solaris's February 12, 2026 Form 8-K describes more than 500 megawatts under an agreement with an initial rental term starting January 1, 2027. Its June 30, 2026 Form 10-Q describes approximately 640 megawatts for an AI data-center customer, with deployments beginning in late 2026 and scaling through 2028. The filings and Solaris's July 2026 investor presentation also match the leased-equipment and recurring-payment model.
The claim-by-claim checks below match each promotional statement to the relevant filing, earnings release, investor presentation or market data, and label it as a match, mismatch or unverifiable.
| The promotion claims | Verdict | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| The company has a market capitalization of approximately $6 billion. | Overstated | SEI's latest market quote showed a market capitalization of about $3.06 billion after the shares traded at $49.89, materially below the promoted figure; an earlier valuation snapshot showed approximately $5.32 billion. |
| The stock trades for less than $100 per share. | Checks out |

Banyan Hill Publishing is teasing the same company elsewhere under the name “The Musk Master Key.” For readers comparing newsletters, the wrapper changed but the underlying stock did not.
The pitch's central claim is simple: AI data centers need huge amounts of new power, and Solaris is positioned to supply it through leased Power Pods and recurring Power-as-a-Service contracts.
That chain holds better than the headline suggests. Solaris's filings support the business model, and the signed-capacity disclosures are specific enough to make the xAI connection more than a generic AI slogan. The weak link is the financial packaging around that operational story.
Solaris's 2024 Form 10-K reports $313.091 million in 2024 revenue, not more than $600 million. The promoted roughly $6 billion market capitalization also doesn't line up with the latest market quote: at $49.89 per share, the company was valued at about $3.06 billion. An earlier snapshot showed about $5.32 billion, which only makes the promotion's number look stale or overstated.
On its merits, SEI is an infrastructure execution bet with real contract evidence, not a shortcut around project risk. Much of the capacity arrives later, and the xAI-related relationship puts considerable narrative weight on one customer connection. The story has substance; the brochure does not need the extra financial glitter.
