The clues they left
The promotion gives away a remarkably specific trail: a thin-film lithium niobate, or TFLN, foundry in Tempe, Arizona, opened on May 12, 2025. It also says the company can process 150mm wafers and is the only U.S. commercial foundry dedicated to this technology.
The supporting breadcrumbs are even more distinctive: a BMW vehicle-sensor optimization problem with roughly 3,800 variables solved in six minutes, NASA work involving Dirac-3, a January 2025 collaboration with Sanders TDI, and an early order from a major aerospace contractor. The same pitch is also branded as the “TF3 Chip Revolution.”
The stock behind TF3 Revolution
The headline stock is Quantum Computing Inc. (QUBT). The promotion's TF3 label maps to QCi's TFLN technology and its Tempe facility.
The strongest match is the foundry. QCi's May 13, 2025 release says the company held its Tempe ribbon cutting on May 12 and that the facility was already operational and filling customer pre-orders. Its TFLN materials describe the company as the only U.S. business capable of processing 150mm wafers. QCi's Form 10-Q uses more careful language, saying the site could be the nation's first dedicated optical integrated-circuit foundry using TFLN wafers. That is a very specific fingerprint.
The rest of the trail lands on QUBT too. QCi reported the BMW result as a six-minute solution involving 3,854 variables and more than 500 constraints, announced one NASA Dirac-3 contract in December 2024, and disclosed the Sanders TDI collaboration in January 2025. The stock traded at $8.78 on August 11, 2026, so the promotion's below-$20 hook also fits.
The wider bundle is less clean. NBXG is a credible match for “The Double-Digit AI Income Play,” and PBT is a credible match for the oil-and-gas royalty pitch. Aurora, Aptiv, Qualcomm and Luminar are plausible autonomy candidates, but the complete six-company report list wasn't publicly disclosed, so those remain guesses rather than solved identifications.
