One promotion, several names — all of them point to the same pitch, and the same stock.
“#1 Coin To Own Before The Clarity Act” is the headline on Bryce Paul's promotion for Boardwalk Flock LLC. The pitch says one altcoin is best positioned for the coming wave of regulated, institutional crypto.
It promises a sub-$1 coin tied to tokenized assets, settlement, stablecoins and collateral, with Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Bank of America and Citadel Securities nearby. The sales hook is a September 15th CLARITY Act vote.
We identify the asset below as Canton Network, associated with CC, with 82/100 confidence. The network clues line up unusually well, but the price and “number one” ranking don't.
The giveaway is a regulated-finance network already live, built around tokenized assets and institutional settlement, with named Wall Street relationships and a collateral use case. Those are specific claims a company's own announcements and filings can either support or leave standing in the fog.
The same pitch also appears as “#1 Crypto To Buy Before September 15th,” “The One Altcoin Built For Wall Street’s Crypto Takeover” and “#1 Crypto To Get Before September 15th.” Different labels, same Clarity Act idea.
The answer is Canton Network, associated here with CC. Canton describes its network as infrastructure for regulatory-grade tokenization and blockchain applications, and its official materials cover tokenized assets, cash, securities, clearing, settlement and stablecoin payments. Its U.S. Treasuries pilot also describes tokenized collateral used to satisfy margin calls.
The institutional clues tighten the fit. Canton’s launch materials name Goldman Sachs, later announcements include Bank of America and Citadel Securities in Treasury-financing work, and a June 2026 SEC filing identifies JPMorgan as a key participant in the ecosystem. Canton’s July 1, 2024 launch release says the Global Synchronizer and Canton Coin went live.
That is a strong identification, not a perfect one. CC is also the NYSE symbol for Chemours, so the supposed sub-$1 crypto quote can't be verified from that equity market data. Canton’s materials also don't designate Canton Coin as the CLARITY Act's leading cryptocurrency.
The claim-by-claim review separates the parts supported by Canton’s official documentation, announcements and SEC filings from the parts that remain promotional language or can't be verified from an unambiguous market quote.
| The promotion claims | Verdict | What we found |
|---|---|---|
| This is the #1 crypto for the CLARITY Act. | Can't verify | Congress.gov describes the CLARITY Act as a market-structure bill clarifying SEC and CFTC jurisdiction, while Canton’s official materials do not designate Canton Coin as the Act’s leading or preferred cryptocurrency. |
| This altcoin is trading for well under $1 right now. | Can't verify | NYSE market data identifies ticker CC as Chemours, which closed at $15.30; that equity quote is not Canton Coin, so it cannot verify the crypto asset’s current price. |

The deadline is attached to a claimed September 15th CLARITY Act vote. Congress.gov describes the Act as a market-structure bill clarifying SEC and CFTC jurisdiction, but the evidence here establishes the bill's subject matter, not that this promotional date is confirmed.
We received this campaign on one day, September 6, 2026. That's too thin a record to say whether the deadline rolls. For now, September 15th is a claimed event date, not a tested countdown.
This is the second Bryce Paul promotion we've identified. The earlier one, “The #1 Crypto For The New Bull Run,” pointed to PancakeSwap, or CAKE, which was up 0% since we revealed it.
That's a small sample of two identified pitches. It supplies context, not a verdict on the analyst.
The promo's central claim is simple: the CLARITY Act will open the door to institutional crypto, Canton is built for that regulated world, and Canton Coin is the one token to own.
The middle link holds up. Canton has a live network, documented tokenized-asset and settlement use cases, and real institutional involvement. The weak link is the leap from “institutional infrastructure exists” to “this is the number one coin for the Act.” Congress.gov doesn't rank a preferred token, and Canton doesn't make that designation either.
The under-$1 hook is weaker still. The CC symbol points to Chemours in NYSE data, not Canton Coin, so the price claim remains unverified. A ticker collision is a small detail with a large consequence when the advertisement leads with a bargain price.
Canton is a real infrastructure story that merits separate diligence. But partner lists and a live mainnet don't, by themselves, prove that Canton Coin captures the value of the network or deserves the top spot in a portfolio. The network may be credible; the investment conclusion is doing the heavy lifting.
