The Great AI Inversion, Revealed: Every Stock Ian King Is Teasing in Strategic Fortunes
Ian King’s Strategic Fortunes promotion from Banyan Hill, branded The Great AI Inversion and x402 Fortunes, pitches three stocks tied to the agent economy.

Ian King’s Strategic Fortunes promotion from Banyan Hill, branded The Great AI Inversion and x402 Fortunes, pitches three stocks tied to the agent economy.

One promotion, several names — all of them point to the same pitch, and the same stock.
“Former Hedge Fund Manager Who Called Tesla at $15 Reveals: Steve Jobs’ Strange Box” is the headline Ian King is using to sell Strategic Fortunes, the paid publication from Banyan Hill and Omnia.
The pitch promises three stocks powering a supposed $15 trillion agent economy: companies handling AI-agent payments, software deployment and online commerce. It also names January 18th as the deadline.
The basket is identifiable below. Our confidence is high: 96 out of 100 for the main identification.
The useful clues are unusually specific. One company lets AI agents send payments as small as one-millionth of a dollar through x402 and uses USDC, a dollar-backed digital currency. Another is tied to NVIDIA, enterprise AI deployment and adoption by 83% of Fortune 100 organizations. The third has partnerships with OpenAI and Google, plus a claim that AI-driven orders rose 15-fold.
The same pitch is also branded as “Great AI Inversion,” “x402 Fortunes” and “Toll Booths of the Great AI Inversion.” Those names refer to the same three-stock idea, not separate discoveries.
The three stocks are Circle Internet Group, Inc. (CRCL), JFrog Ltd. (FROG) and Shopify Inc. (SHOP). Circle is the headline pick and the strongest fit for the x402 clues. Its autonomous-payments and Nanopayments materials describe USDC payments between AI agents as small as $0.000001, with x402 compatibility. Circle’s transparency materials also say USDC is redeemable one-for-one and backed by cash, short-dated U.S. Treasuries and related Treasury instruments.
JFrog supplies the unusually precise enterprise clue. Its 2025 Form 10-K says approximately 83% of Fortune 100 organizations had adopted the JFrog Platform, while its filings say all ten largest technology and financial-services organizations in the Fortune 500 had adopted it. JFrog’s NVIDIA announcement supports an AI-factory integration, although the promotion makes a stronger security claim than the filing establishes.
Shopify completes the commerce side. Shopify says merchants can sell through ChatGPT under its OpenAI partnership, while its Universal Commerce Protocol was co-developed with Google for Google AI Mode and Gemini. Shopify also reports that AI-driven orders to its stores grew 15-fold from January to December 2025.
The separate bonus clues may point to Ethereum and Aave, but those are lower-confidence guesses rather than part of the solved three-stock basket. The evidence supports ETH at 48 out of 100 and AAVE at 62 out of 100, with no primary source tying either asset to the exact Banyan Hill report.
The offer bundles 2 bonus reports that tease their own stocks. These get a sentence or two of copy each, so the evidence is much thinner than for the main pick and what follows is our best reading rather than a confident answer.
| Bonus report | Our best guess | Confidence |
|---|---|---|
| The Sub-$50 Investment That Could 10X As The x402 Project Goes Live | ETH — Ethereum network | 48/100 — best guess |
| The #1 Moonshot Play For The Agent Economy | AAVE — Aave protocol | 62/100 — probable |
The claim-by-claim checks below compare the promotion with Circle’s own payment and USDC materials, JFrog’s SEC filings and company announcements, Shopify’s commerce disclosures, and the cited market and industry forecasts.
The pattern is clear: the core company matches are strong, while several of the biggest-sounding lines stretch a narrower fact into a much grander headline.

The promotion names January 18th as its deadline. We received it on only one day, October 14, 2026, so the record is too thin to say whether that deadline rolls. Nothing in the record ties it to a checkable event such as an earnings release, regulatory decision or index change.
This is the fifth Ian King promotion we’ve identified. The earlier pitches were “Elon’s X Money,” which pointed to The Bancorp, Inc. (TBBK); “The Musk Master Key,” which pointed to Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. (SEI), up 3.5% since we revealed it; “Energy Superchip,” which pointed to ON Semiconductor Corporation (ON), down 9.81%; and “Elon Musk’s Race To The Moon,” which pointed to STMicroelectronics NV ADR (STM), down 4.38%.
No performance figure was supplied here for TBBK. Four earlier picks are a small ledger, not a verdict on an analyst, but it is enough to show this basket belongs to a continuing series of highly themed pitches.
The promotion’s central claim is simple: AI agents will create enormous transaction flows, Circle provides the money rail, JFrog provides the software infrastructure and Shopify provides the commerce layer, so these are the toll booths of the new economy.
That chain has real pieces. Circle has the clearest x402 connection, JFrog has documented enterprise adoption and Shopify has named AI-commerce partners alongside a striking order-growth figure. The weakest link is the headline size. Gartner’s forecast concerns more than $15 trillion of B2B spending flowing through AI-agent exchanges by 2028; the promotion broadens that into a $15 trillion economy. Circle’s $32.8 trillion figure was lifetime on-chain USDC volume, not a single year’s transaction total. The box gets bigger when the copy needs it to.
As a basket, the idea is coherent but the stocks aren’t interchangeable. Circle carries the most direct agent-payment thesis. Shopify has the clearest named distribution partners and evidence that AI traffic is already reaching merchants. JFrog gives the basket a software-deployment layer, backed by substantial customer adoption, though the NVIDIA security storyline goes beyond what the company’s filing proves.
On the merits, this is more defensible as three different ways to participate in an emerging trend than as proof that a $15 trillion boom is already locked in. Circle and Shopify carry the agent-commerce argument most directly; JFrog is the sturdier infrastructure evidence. The companies are real matches. The inevitability is the part the filings don’t provide.
How confident are we? CRCL 96, FROG 95, SHOP 96 out of 100. We identified 3 stocks from the promotion's own clues and checked 20 claims across them against filings, earnings calls, ownership records, market data and public reporting. Confidence is scored per stock, so a weaker one does not borrow credit from a stronger one. This is our analysis, not the publisher's disclosure — we have no relationship with them.

| USDC handled $33 trillion in transactions last year. | Contradicted | Circle described $32.8 trillion as USDC's lifetime on-chain transaction volume in August 2025; its January 2025 disclosure cited more than $18 trillion transacted to date, not $33 trillion in a single year. |

| The project lets AI agents use collateral and lending markets. | Checks out | Aave's official MCP documentation says AI agents can inspect Aave markets and positions and prepare supply, borrow, collateral, repayment, and liquidation transactions while the user's wallet retains signing control. |

Circle has a strong regulated stablecoin platform, expanding institutional adoption, and new infrastructure products like CPN and Arc. But reserve income still dominates, and the stock already reflects a lot of future growth.

Circle Internet Group (CRCL) climbs after-hours after winning OCC approval to form Circle National Trust, a move that strengthens its regulated position around USDC. The rally reflects improving investor confidence in Circle’s compliance story, though valuation and volatility still matter.
